Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

1. Your relationship with BoilerJuice.com

1. These terms of use set out the legally binding contract between BoilerJuice and you in relation to 1 years free Connected Service and 1 years free supply of heating oil which started on the 29th November (“the Prize Draw”).
2. You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the Prize Draw.
3. BoilerJuice.com may make changes to these terms from time to time. The most up to date version will be available from BoilerJuice.com
4. BoilerJuice shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to BoilerJuice as described in BoilerJuice privacy policy, and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.

2. Prize Draw rules

1. The Prize Draw is organised by BoilerJuice
2. BoilerJuice reserves the right from time to time and at any time to cancel, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, or amend the Prize Draw or these rules with or without prior notice (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, notice, conduct or result of the Prize Draw, the decision of BoilerJuice shall be final and binding and no other correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
4. Anyone who likes the Northern Ireland Facebook page/UK Facebook Page and also tag’s three people on the post will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5. The winner will be one winner from Northern Ireland and one winner from the U.K. The winners will be chosen at random on the 3rd December 2019 by BoilerJuice. By joining the competition the winners agrees to their customer information being shared with BoilerJuice. The prize will be arranged by BoilerJuice. All eligible entries received by this time will automatically be included.
6. To enter the Prize Draw you must be a UK/NI resident and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 
7. The prize give away consists of the following – 1 years subscription to the Connected service (benefits and oil monitor) and 1 years supply of heating oil, the maximum of oil given away in this prize is 2000 litres. The prize is only available for standard delivery and only be used to order Kerosene 28 oil. 

1. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of prize being sent out to the winners and total of £1000 each.
2. The prize winners will be notified by BoilerJuice by the 3rd December 2019. The winner’s names may also be published on BoilerJuice social media. If a winners does not respond to BoilerJuice message within 7 days of being notified by BoilerJuice, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and BoilerJuice shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). 
3. BoilerJuice accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. BoilerJuice further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. BoilerJuice accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by BoilerJuice.

 3. General legal terms

1. These terms, together with BoilerJuice website terms of use and privacy policy, constitute the whole legal agreement between you and BoilerJuice in relation to your entry to the Prize Draw.
2. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits BoilerJuice’s liability for losses which may not be excluded or limited by applicable law.  Subject to this, BoilerJuice shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you in relation to your entry to the Prize Draw, including indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit , loss of goodwill or business reputation, or loss of data suffered by you.
3. BoilerJuice shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
4. You acknowledge and agree that each member of the group of companies of which BoilerJuice is a part may directly enforce, and rely upon, any provision of these terms.  Other than this, no other person or company may benefit from these terms.
5. These terms, shall be governed by English law.  BoilerJuice and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal matter arise.
